I've walked with you in many ways;
We've talked while hand-in-hand.
We've chased the waves on ocean's beach;
Made footprints in the sand.
So many times we walked the path
That goes down through the park
We've sat upon a bench or two
Sometimes when it was dark.

There were those times we sat beneath
A very special tree
Partaking of a picnic lunch
Where no one else could see.

And there, after the lunch was through
On blanket we would lay
We'd talk and share our thoughts of life
And there we'd wish to stay.
So many times I've been with you.
But no one else could see
Because I've always been with you
Here in my fantasy.
